Michael Duty is a noted author that has spent three decades in the museum community in various Director capacities, including at the National Western Art Foundation in San Antonio, the Amon Carter Museum in Fort Worth, Rockwell Museum in Corning, New York and the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indian and Western Art in Indianapolis. He is a co-founder of MuseumsWest consortium and a former Executive Director of the California Historical Society in San Francisco. Michael has organized more than 60 museum exhibitions, is a frequent lecturer, and has won multiple awards.

Susan Hallsten McGarry
Independent Art Historian

Susan Hallsten McGarry earned her master's degree in art history from the University of Minnesota and served as editor-in-chief of Southwest Art magazine from 1979 to 1997. She has authored more than twenty monographs and catalogues on American artists and contributed to many more. Living in Santa Fe, New Mexico, she is administrative director of the national painting group Plein-Air Painters of America and is active in the local art community, including ARTsmart, a nonprofit that funds art materials and scholarships for Santa Fe's youth.
