Sandra Palomino has more than a decade of experience working with historical manuscripts, autographs, and rare books both via private treaty sales and auction. She has worked closely with private collectors as well as institutions here and abroad, most extensively with Fundación Castañe in Madrid, Spain. Her course of study at Yale focused on 18th and 19th Century American History. Her professional experience also includes direct marketing and public relations work with such noted companies as Rapp Collins and Donnelley Marketing.

Tom Slater began his career in early 1960s Pittsburgh, where he owned and operated half-interest in a retail coin store. In the 1970s he published nationally distributed auction catalogs, specializing in political campaign collectibles. A cum laude graduate with a BA degree from Yale University, Tom also attended Columbia University law school. He became a full-time collectibles dealer in 1976, and operated art galleries in Los Angeles and Indianapolis through most of the 1980s. He ran The Political Gallery throughout the 1990s, which evolved into Slater's Americana. Tom joined Heritage in 2004.

Blending extensive experience and more than 20 years of collecting (most notably in the autograph field), John Hickey is contributing to Heritage's expansion into new areas and assisting in the consignments of sports, music and entertainment, and historical documents. He came to Heritage as an operations manager in 2004.

Historian David Boozer developed a love and respect for the past at an early age. He received BA degrees in business management and history, and began his career by managing various business and non-profit organizations. Meanwhile, he pursued his passion for history by earning his MA at the University of Arkansas, focusing on ancient Mediterranean civilizations, religious history, and U.S. history. He then taught for several years at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith where he enjoyed the energy and curiosity of his students. David, curious himself, enjoys working with historical documents that still inform and cast light on our understanding of the past.

After attending the University of Louisville (KY), Michael worked in the Consumer Electronics industry. In 1983, he joined the Universal Autograph Collectors Club, and became a dealer in a wide range of collectibles in 1985. Adopting the Internet early, he moved into Web site design and development in 1995, an area where he has received numerous awards. Michael joined Heritage in 2004 and has done catalog work for comics, celebrity, music & entertainment memorabilia, and political memorabilia & Americana.
