These are top, high profile positions; we are seeking ambitious candidates who will bring their excellent reputation, business ethics, strong work ethic, organizational skills, and knowledge to represent Heritage in the best light. Preferred candidates will have more than 5 years in a major auction house environment, or experience as a commercial dealer (a combination of both would be ideal). Writing and public speaking talents and skills are a plus. Job duties will include obtaining consignments; supervising the vetting of condition; authentication of properties consigned; reviewing inquiries; proofing of cataloging, essays, and advertising copy; marketing specific objects to important clients, and supervising two or more auctions per year with full bottom-line responsibility in the case of department heads.

Looking to apply your accounting skills in a fun and innovative company? We're searching for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage high volume cash receipts for multiple entities. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.

Client Services Representative
Opportunities are available at our Dallas location for energetic Client Services Representatives. These positions record and route incoming calls for internal customers, handle payment processing and client catalog orders, and document calls into our mail list.

Consignment Coordinator
Heritage Auctions is looking for a Consignment Coordinator to process incoming consignments and keep our clients updated throughout the consignment process. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience and an interest in collectibles!

Digital Photography Retoucher
Heritage Auctions is looking for a talented Photography Retoucher who is proficient in color correction, image enhancement, and retouching. This position is in a high volume catalog environment with extremely tight turnaround times. Candidates must submit a portfolio or examples of their work in order to be in consideration.

Director of Operations
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Manager with excellent planning skills for Fine & Decorative Arts previews and auctions occurring in 4 locations. Individual must have strong knowledge of logistics, including current packing methods, transportation methods, and regulatory compliance. Experience handling Fine & Decorative Arts is preferred.

e-Publishing Expert
Are you a knowledgeable e-Publishing expert? Then apply your talents in our unique collectibles environment. Our Dallas office is seeking candidates with at least 5 years of Web Publishing experience and an extremely strong background in determining e-publishing processes.

HR Generalist / Recruiter
Are you a talented HR professional with an aptitude for recruiting? We are looking for an HR Generalist / Recruiter to oversee all aspect of recruiting and new employee onboarding. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Recruiting.

Operations Assistant
Heritage Auctions is searching for an Operations Assistant with extreme attention to detail to help with the presentation of items in the Fine & Decorative Arts Department. This position will help unpack, tag, and enter property information into database and assist with client pickups after auctions.

Shipping Associate
Do you have shipping experience and a keen attention to detail? We are looking for a Shipping Associate to help with shipping, receiving, delivering, and picking up local and long distance consignments. Candidates must have a valid Driver's License.

Web Marketing Specialist
Heritage Auctions, the world's largest collectibles auctioneer, is seeking qualified applicants for a full time position in our growing eCommerce department. Over the past 10 years, the Heritage eCommerce department has helped pioneer web marketing practices. We are looking for candidates with experience in running web marketing campaigns, including remarketing and behavioral-targeted ads.
