Dallas Cowboys Legends Star in Heritage Signature Sports Auction!

Dallas, TX: Heritage Auction Galleries' Sports Collectibles division will present the most significant offering of Dallas Cowboys uniforms ever made available to the public within its May 5, 2007 Signature Auction to be held in Dallas, Texas.

"This incredible assortment of Cowboys jerseys and helmets is actually the result of two separate consignments," explained Chris Ivy, Director of Sports auctions for Heritage. "Each derives from team sources, offering the best historical provenance possible."

A selection of twenty-two uniform pieces from a long-time Cowboys staffer represents almost every player in the team's "Ring of Honor," with Don Meredith, Bob Lilly, Drew Pearson, Tony Dorsett and Deion Sanders among the offerings. "Our personal favorites are probably the jersey Tom Landry wore as a member of the 1950's New York Giants, and Roger Staubach's incredible rookie jersey from 1969," noted Ivy.
