$15 Million Platinum Night Session Highlights Heritage's Milwaukee 2007 ANA Event

Dallas, TX: Heritage's 36th Official ANA Auction at the 2007 Milwaukee "World's Fair of Money" is featuring a Platinum Night session containing the highlight coins of the 3,500 lot auction. The Signature Auction sessions will be held August 8-10, and Platinum Night will take place on August 9, 2007. All sessions are currently posted at www.HA.com. All auction sessions will take place at the Midwest Airlines Center; lot exhibition begins there Sunday, August 5 in Room 201 B-D, 400 West Wisconsin Ave in Milwaukee.

"Heritage's Official ANA Auction will be an incredibly exciting event," predicted Heritage President Greg Rohan. "Approximately 350 consignors are participating in this event, and they have entrusted us with $25-$30 million of their numismatic treasures. As you can easily see from our list of highlights, the number of truly important coins in this auction seems almost limitless. I predict that many Registry collections will pick up their most important coins at out Milwaukee Platinum Night Session."

"Among the many incredible anchor consignments in the Milwaukee ANA," continued Greg Rohan, "are the Pacific Rim Collection, featuring an unbelievable 15 $50 Territorial 'slugs' (plus one half-union pattern!); Part One of Phil Kaufman's superlative collection of Early Seated Proof Sets (1839-1858); and the magnificent Stephen L. Lot 1584: 1864 Two Cent Piece, Small Motto, PR64 Red PCGS
This is the first coin denomination to bear IN GOD WE TRUST, with an estimated mintage of 12-15 pieces. The finest known example is destined for one of the finest American cabinets Ex: Richmond Collection.

Lot 1597: 1937-D 5C Three-Legged MS66 PCGS
A key-date, perennially popular rarity exhibiting every characteristic of genuine examples, and virtually unimprovable.

Lot 1599: 1792 Half Disme, Judd-7, VF25 PCGS
One of the most famous early American coins, with its rich association with George Washington.

Lot 1622: 1804 Dime, 14 Stars on Reverse, AU58 NGC JR-2, R.5
Ex: the James A. Stack Collection, the single finest at either service, and likely to be the finest known.

Lot 1805: 1849 Gold Dollar No L MS68 NGC
The official mintage of the No L gold dollar is 1,000 pieces, all struck on May 8, 1849.

Mint production of 6,812 quarter eagles in 1807 represents half of the total quarter eagle coinage for all earlier years from 1796 to 1806; only 3 certified finer.
