Frank Miller and Spider-Man Team Up at Heritage!

Dallas, Texas: Heritage Comics Auctions (HCA) will offer the original art to the cover of The Amazing Spider-Man Annual #15 by Sin City artist and creator Frank Miller, in their upcoming Signature auction, to be held May 18-20 at the New Yorker Hotel in New York City.

"Frank Miller is, of course, a legend in the comics industry," said Ed Jaster, Director of Acquisitions for HCA. "Best known for his groundbreaking work on Daredevil and Wolverine, Miller also created the critically-acclaimed series of graphic novels on which the current movie blockbuster Sin City is based."

"The cover offered here," Jaster continued, "is one of the rare opportunities that Miller had to draw Spider-Man, one of the most popular characters in comic's history. It dates from one of Miller's most creative and prolific periods, when he was still redefining Daredevil for a new generation of fans. As a bonus, it also features the Punisher, currently one of Marvel's hottest characters. This beautiful piece of graphic art represents a rare combination of a legendary artist paired with a truly iconic character, making it worthy of a place in the very finest collection."
