As of Tuesday (11/30) Heritage has posted descriptions for all 103 Rian’s Bequest coins. (This includes all the less expensive pieces.) You promised this would happen by December 3 (Friday); your catalogers delivered four days ahead of schedule. Heritage’s catalogers aggregately penned approximately 11,000 words in describing Bruce’s coins. In doing so they are presenting the Rian’s Bequest Collection admirably. Now, all we need is Prestwick-like enthusiasm during bidding in January!

You will never be ripped off, scammed, or knowingly sold fakes on Heritage's ongoing online coin auctions, and sometimes the deals are amazing! One of my favorite ways to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon is to cyber-cherrypick through Heritage's wonderful, clear, huge images, looking for the overlooked minor doubled die, repunched mintmark, or other variety. As if current auctions weren't enough, Heritage has a free online archive of more than a million coin images! You can do price research, grade comparisons, you name it (heck, I could almost write a whole article about the ways to use Heritage's Web site!).

Heritage did everything splendidly to ensure that the coins would bring the best prices possible in the public market. In spite of foreshortened deadlines, the full color promotional brochure was exemplary and the catalog a front-runner among all the coin auction catalogs we have ever seen. Both color and black and white photographs were of the highest clarity and descriptions (with certifications) well-complimented the plates to give potential buyers the best possible information to weigh their bids.

I just wanted you to know how thankful I am for all of you and the whole Heritage team that made it all happen. My Confederate Cent sold in Orlando as you know. It was hard to part with but with my cancer coming back I needed to raise the funds to put my last boy through college at SMU and you all did it. The write up was the finest in the history of the Confederate cent!!!!! I have never read such a thorough and well done piece. Thanks for using all your catalogues from the late 1800's to research this!! The marketing was exceptional from the photos to the ads in Civil War Times and North South Trader for the cross over people!!! I have had many emails from my Civil War collecting fraternity that saw these and I saw them at the national show in Nashville/Franklin in early December. Tell Noah Fleisher his writing was very nicely done on the ads also will you as I dont have his email address. He made me want to bid on my coin and buy it back!! Every thing was perfectly done.  Again thanks for helping Leslie and I get our last boy through college.

It has been a very positive experience working with Sarah Miller from Heritage and her team. It was under very challenging times for me to start this process, after my beloved husband had passed away. First we were able to communicate with Michelle Castro and her team ,in virtual meetings ,so Heritage could have an idea of what we had to offer. I provided as much information over as I could. I actually had to speed up the process due to an upcoming trip. So I called Sarah and asked if there was anyway someone could come to my house on a few days’ notice and take my husband’s notes and coin collection. I also asked if there was anyway someone could take a look on the sports memorabilia as well. Sarah was here at my house 3 days later with her assistant and worked for hours without any breaks only to drive back to NY with my husband’s collection the same day. The timing was everything, as Sarah explained how the collection would fit on Heritage’s future auction schedule. It has been a very smooth process and we are getting to the end of it very soon. I thought the auction catalog I just received with the silver dollar collection was by far the best you ever put out. It is great as a reference manual as it contains tons of useful historical info on the series themselves. The graphics are original and excellent, and everything is in full color. did the consignor subsidize the cost of this publication? If not, why the special treatment...and how can you afford to show so few coins on a page and even the inexpensive ones in full color? Hopefully all of your future sales can look like this...the catalog rocks!!!
