She is based in Houston. Earlier in her career, Przybyl McIver worked at Heritage in its Fine Art Category. “With all of Houston’s great cultural institutions and collectors, we’ve been looking for a Houston representative for some time,” says Ed Beardsley, Heritage’s Vice President & Managing Director of Fine & Decorative Art. “Kara is a perfect fit to help those in or near Houston whether downsizing, changing their collection, or handling an estate.” Przybyl McIver’s background as a corporate art consultant has involved partnerships with interior designers, architects, and developers on major commercial projects. Recently she worked at the all-encompassing art consultancy Indiewalls, where her passion for art discovery and luxurious space creation attracted top clients such as Amazon, Virgin Voyages, and Ritz-Carlton. Previously, Przybyl McIver worked with a top construction supply firm and has a leadership role within the National Association of Women in Construction.
